n. ramakrishnan (ramki)

n. ramakrishnan is president & ceo of the mandate group of companies. he has over 25 years of extensive background and experience in engineering/ enterprise solutions in the asia pacific region, specifically covering the hi-tech and electronics industry segment in japan, korea, taiwan and china. he was based in singapore for over 15 years and has worked in senior management positions with leading mnc organizations handling multiple products and services with regional responsibilities.

prior to setting up mandate, ramki was with future techno designs (ftd) in bangalore, india as its president for three years. during his tenure with ftd, he made significant contributions to the company and played a major role in setting up two new semiconductor companies viz edison semiconductor pvt ltd & tesla semiconductor pvt ltd, under ftd’s insourcing business model.

ramki holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and post graduate qualification in industrial management. he is married and has two children. his hobbies include reading, movies, music and travel.

yuzo kita (kita san)

kita san is the regional director for the japan operations of mandate. he has over 40 years of semiconductor related experience in the asia pacific region, mostly in japan.

kita san has an association of over 35 years in hitachi ltd of japan in various senior management positions. following this, he was with ftd technology pte ltd as general manager for japan operations for 4 years. he was instrumental in laying a strong foundation for building the business and facilitating success for ftd in japan.

kita san is married and has two daughters, both married and settled. his hobbies include oil painting, singing, golfing and cooking.

peter hillen

peter hillen is regional director, north america. he has over 25 years of sales, marketing and engineering experience in the semiconductor industry primarily in the north america region.

prior to joining mandate he has held senior management positions in leading companies in the us. he was instrumental in laying a strong foundation, building the business in us and has made significant contributions during his assignments with them. apart from these, peter has also held senior positions in the areas of sales and marketing and field application engineering.
 
peter holds a masters degree in electrical engineering from the university of southern california where he received the howard hughes masters study fellowship. he is married with two children and his hobbies include reading, music and traveling.
